I could have payed it twice!! That was it for me so I opened a Refund case for Non-receipt Claim, within 3 days the case was reviewed by PP staff and I got a full Refund Oh man what a relief , through out the process i never heard from the seller. Invoices as far as I read are not completely covered by PP buyer protection I got lucky cause I acted on time others may not have the chance for that before the low life scammers sends em into an endless loops PS.
